Remedy for strained/ sore/ painful/ overused wrists

02/13/2025

This is an ancient remedy, easily centuries old but is amazingly very effective.

Grate coarsely a thin ginger root. Apply it on the sour wrist generously and bind it with a shrink wrap so it doesn't leak. You can further cover it with a bandage.

Leave it on for 20–30 minutes.

Repeat the procedure twice daily until your wrist is healed. It usually takes 2–3 days.

How it works?

Ginger contains powerful anti-inflammatory compounds called gingerols. These compounds penetrate the skin, targeting the affected area directly and reducing inflammation at its source.

Its similar topical application is also helpful in alleviating Osteoarthritis pain.
