Banana peels for curing Insomnia permanently

Insomnia or crippling dependency on sleeping pills can be cured by this remedy effectively.
Cut 1 banana peel into small pieces and boil them for 20 minutes in about half a litre of water. Strain the water after 10 minutes of cooking. Add honey if you need a bit of flavour.
How it works?
Cooking banana peels releases tryptofan which is a kind of amino acid that stimulates the production of hormones that help regulate sleep such as serotonin and melatonin. A cup of this drink half an hour before sleeping will help you sleep better without any medication or sleeping pills. Adding a spoon of honey helps tryptophan get absorbed by the brain. Anyways, honey by itself is also known to sooth anxiety and relaxation.
